Common questions

Do I have to stop buying from my current factory?

No. Most distributors work with several factories. Start with a few models that fill a gap in your range.

What wood do you use?

Solid beech. Many models are also made in solid oak. Table tops can be solid wood, veneer or melamine, depending on the model.

Can you put our logo on the chair?

Yes, on 15 models we can cut out a logo or symbol to your design. The models page shows which ones.

Can I choose colours and fabrics?

Yes. Each model has its own list of frame colours and upholstery on its product page. We confirm what is possible for your order in the quote.

Do you make stacking and folding furniture for events?

Yes. 59 models stack or come in a stacking version. We also make the Michelle folding chair, Romance folding tables and trolleys for moving chairs.

Are your fabrics and foams fire-retardant?

We use fabrics and foams that comply with European and UK fire-retardant regulations. Ask us for the certificate for the fabric you choose.

Is buying from Bulgaria complicated?

No. Bulgaria is in the EU, so there are no customs duties within the EU. It has used the euro since January 2026 and is fully in Schengen.

Can I visit the factory?

Write to us to arrange a visit. We are at 18 Akademik Angel Balevski St., Troyan, Bulgaria.
